John happened to be there right at the moment we found our ideal RV and provided us with the information we needed to help us make our decision. he helped us obtain financing for our RV that was better than our bank and at a payment that fits our budget. Phil in John's staff who inspected our RV was super friendly, walked us through everything, and took care in preparing our vehicle for us. Since we're total novice RVers, Phil had graciously offered to spend some time to give us RV driving pointers when we get our truck. I had been in the market for a small tent trailer. After doing a lot of research, I knew what I was looking for, and I happened to find a good deal on a used StarCraft Comet 816 at Lemke RV. I made an appointment, drove from San Francisco to Lemke RV, and subsequently purchased the trailer. I death with both Lemke father and son. Both went out of their way to answer my questions, show me the trailer including all of its features and procedures, etc. It was a very positive experience and I would recommend Lemke RV to anyone looking for a use RV.

I recently decided to sell my tent trailer and advertised it for sale one Craig''s List. I was contacted by several people "claiming" to be dealer interest in purchasing the trent for way under its value. Most of these so-called dealers were rather rude, and called late at night..then basically told me my Tent Trailer was not worth that much. I then received an email (through my Craig''s List ad) from Erik Lemke, owner of Lemke RV. His email was professional and honest, and his offer was very fair. I called the following day and made an appointment to have them check out the Tent Trailer. The entire process warm and welcoming....not what I expected from a dealership. the entire process from me pulling in Lemke RV and leaving with a check in hand took 45 minutes. :) In the future, when I purchase another larger RV, I will for sure be visiting Lemke RV first. their prices for previously owned Rv''s was very reasonable and their lot included a great selection. If your looking to buy, or sell, I would definitely visit Lemke RV first. As much as I enjoy to sell or buy on my own...sometimes the calls from the Nyrobi Prince offering $1000 over my asking price can wear you down. (if your not sure what this last sentence means....sell and item on Craig''s List....the Prince will be calling.)

WOW! Never have had such a good experience than at Lemke RV. The staff was very knowledgeable with a very friendly low pressure approach one usually doesn''t see from a dealership. Go check them out.

Family owned, Father and son I believed it was among other pleasant representatives. honest, genuine and just a warm place to do business with. Harder and harder to find that good old fashion pride in customer service these days. Great selection and will be returning.
